When tourists come, they come to stay at the most luxurious places, this is where the hotels come in. There are tons of hotels in los angeles, most are pretty pricey but its hollywood, everyone pays overboard for their homes. Come here to stay in a penthouse suit that over looks the beaches. Or just come here if you need a place to stay for a while and can afford the wages and deals they throw at you, either way the hotels are beautifully furnished and had great customer service.
